Responsibilities
Coordinate the maintenance and engineering groups to maximize optimum production of machines and equipment
Review and analyze production, quality, and maintenance to determine causes of nonconformity with product specification and production problems and provide solutions
Develop and implement procedures to eliminate operating problems and improve the quality of the products
Manage capital and expense projects to meet scope, budget and timeline as defined
Provide direction to engineering and maintenance personnel to modify machines and equipment to improve production
Plan and schedule equipment maintenance & repairs to support production schedule
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience in an engineering role
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience required
PLC Programming skills are required!
Experience managing capital projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Auto CAD
Preferred
engineering discipline strongly preferred
