Responsibilities
Assist with daily tasks and department projects under the guidance of your supervisor
Collect, organize, and analyze data to support decision-making
Participate in team meetings, plant/office tours, and learning sessions
Create and update documents, reports, or presentations as needed
Support process improvements, continuous improvement activities, or project milestones
Learn about the composites industry, manufacturing processes, and IP Corporation operations
Build professional skills in communication, teamwork, time management, and problem solving
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college, university, or technical program
Interest in manufacturing, business operations, engineering, supply chain, sales, finance, HR, or related fields
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email, etc.)
Preferred
Prior internship, part-time job, or project experience
Coursework related to the internship department (optional, not required)
Curiosity, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
