Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Lead or support small to medium IT projects and initiatives
Collaborate with business users, vendors, and IT teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions
Develop process models, system documentation, and compliance artifacts
Design and execute test plans to validate system functionality
Analyze system issues, provide reporting, and recommend improvements
Support application training, documentation, and on-call support
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst
3+ years experience in the Oil & Gas (pipeline/energy) industry
Strong experience with requirements gathering and SDLC methodologies
Working knowledge of project management practices
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
or equivalent professional experience
Relevant certifications are a plus
Preferred
IBM Maximo
Esri GIS suite
Knowledge of energy industry regulations (e.g., FERC, DOT, SOX)
