Responsibilities

Work directly with the growers to manage service needs on the job site such as calibrating fertilizer and spray rigs
Operate Custom Sprayer & Tractor in the field
Tow, deliver and operate equipment
Equipment troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
Load and deliver product to designated fields
Perform daily vehicle inspection and maintains facility yard
Manage many different customer's service needs
Communicate as a team player
Comply with all policies, regulations & record keeping
Work overtime during busy season, as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Valid Class A LicenseMechanical skillsAgricultural experienceTeam playerCommunication skills

Required

High School diploma/GED or demonstrated experience in vocational agricultural or a combination of education and work experience
Valid Class A License with Hazmat Endorsement
Mechanical skills and experience

Preferred

Previous agricultural experience preferred
