Talantage, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to serve as Supervisor, Project Managers in the Operations Division. This key management position assists the Operations Division Manager and is responsible for overseeing the traffic signals and pavement marking sections.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Direct and manage traffic engineering projects and supervise assigned personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Oversee the repair, operation, upgrades, and underground utility locates for traffic signals and the County communications network
Manage traffic-related correspondence pertaining to traffic signals and pavement markings
Direct striping and pavement marking operations
Develop traffic signal and pavement marking specifications
Manage additions and deletions to the County Traffic Code, Schedule I – Electric Traffic Control Signals
Prepare and manage the annual operating budget for traffic signal and pavement marking programs
Develop and administer traffic operations contracts for materials and services
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) with the Missouri Board of Engineers, Architects and Land Surveyors
Seven (7) years of related professional experience, including traffic engineering and supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Possession of a current, valid driver's license
