Responsibilities
Lead client implementations to deliver success in new and existing customers use of procurement & payment
Manage client relationship upon execution of signed contract through go-live, to ensure contractual commitments and expectations are met
Manage project execution and performance to ensure that key milestones and financial objectives are achieved
Consult customers on process improvements and opportunities after providing baseline data and process analysis
Produce, analyze, and validate customer data to demonstrate outcomes and ensure client engagement throughout the implementation
Utilize reporting data to determine where efficiencies are needed and identify opportunities at customer sites
Facilitate issue resolution, training, and support related to the client implementation
Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of contracted solutions
Revise best-practices and standard-operating procedures to streamline the implementation process, and add efficiencies where necessary
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in project management, customer success, account management, or related fields leading implementations
3+ years working in healthcare or supply chain
Tech savvy: PM tools (preferably Asana), proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and other relevant tools
Strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience collaborating with technical teams to deliver complex integrations with multiple systems
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism
Preferred
Bachelor's degree – Business or Healthcare or Engineering preferred
Start-up experienced preferred
PMP or Six Sigma certified preferred
