Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain NetSuite customizations, including reports, saved searches, KPIs, dashboards, scripts, workflows, and custom records

Participate in system enhancements, including requirements gathering, development, testing, data validation, documentation, user support, training, and ongoing maintenance

Serve as the technical point of contact for NetSuite and provide front-line user support and training

Manage user setup, roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure and efficient system usage

Configure and maintain NetSuite objects such as custom fields, forms, records, workflows, dashboards, and scripts

Develop, test, and deploy SuiteScript, workflows, and integrations to automate processes and improve efficiency

Build and maintain saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making

Troubleshoot system issues, maintain data accuracy, and support daily operations

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customizations, and integrations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, advise on best practices, and document system configurations and processes

Ensure compliance with security, audit, and change management policies

Support troubleshooting and implementations outside of standard business hours when needed
