LEVEL Regional Account Manager New York City
LEVEL is a leading national cannabis brand seeking a Regional Account Manager for the New York City area. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, managing relationships, and optimizing product presence in the market.

Responsibilities
Own and support sales in your NY territory
Manage and increase sales within the greater NY City area
Analyze product and sales data
Optimize brand presence and merchandising at retail
Evaluate market opportunities and partner with new accounts as they open
Identify current gaps within respective assignment
Supervise budget and resource allocation
Attend events and promotional opportunities
Travel to facilitate demos and education of partners on the LEVEL brand portfolio
Negotiate pricing and terms
Work alongside LEVEL NY General Manager and distributor to ensure optimal market penetration
Partner with accounts to align on shared goals
Provide customer service to accounts by addressing needs, concerns, and suggestions
Share best practices within the organization and be a team player
Qualification
Required
Must reside in the greater NY City area
Bachelor's degree
Continued desire to grow and optimize a brand within an established market
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
High proficiency using Microsoft Excel
Deep understanding of sales performance metrics
Firm understanding of strategy and tactical planning
A positive solution oriented attitude
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Proven time management and organizational skills
Engaging and impactful presentation and training skills
Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels
Own results with integrity and a passion for success
Must display excellent communication skills, interpersonal, written, and verbal
Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Must be 21 years or older
Preferred
Minimum of 5 years sales experience in CPG or Cannabis industry experience preferred
Experience launching and managing an assignment of 100+ accounts and high-volume sales
