Develops, oversees, and implements change management strategies to ensure successful organizational transitions, focusing on minimizing disruption and maximizing user adaption and adoption
Work with State, Federal, and Development Teams to achieve an efficient and effective transition from legacy to modernized Medicaid Financial System
Plays a vital role in driving successful change initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives
Qualification
Required
Candidate must have or be willing to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Experience working with people to create highly functional teams
Experience transitioning financial systems and business processes
Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or similar degree
Must have accounting or finance experience
