Responsibilities

Develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plans

Create and maintain models to predict performance under various conditions and assess business decisions

Analyze differences between actual results and budgets/forecasts, explaining key drivers and trends

Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives, operational changes, and executive requests

Translate complex data into clear insights, summaries, and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across financial and operational reporting

Partner closely with the CFO and other members of the leadership team to support data-driven decision-making across the business

Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that provide visibility into company performance for leadership and functional teams

Identify gaps in data or reporting and proactively work with stakeholders to improve data quality, instrumentation, and processes

Turn messy or incomplete data into usable insights

Support the preparation of leadership-level reporting and presentations, including quarterly board meetings
