Responsibilities

Design and animate cutting-edge mobile advertising experiences for client campaigns
Build interactive, motion-rich ad units using Celtra, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Produce standards-compliant interactive ads using rich media authoring tools
Apply user-centered thinking to make animations intuitive and engaging (not product UI design)
Bring big ideas to life through motion, concepting, and visually compelling animated assets
Stay up-to-date with animation trends, interactive technologies, and emerging ad formats

Required

Advanced English proficiency
Portfolio must include motion graphics and animation work
Strong visual design talent and meticulous attention to detail
Basic understanding of interaction principles as applied to animated ad experiences
Ability to multitask and meet fast-paced deadlines in a creative and dynamic environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proactive attitude, strong ownership, and commitment to quality
1–2 years of experience in animation, motion graphics, interactive design, or digital advertising
Design and animate cutting-edge mobile advertising experiences for client campaigns
Build interactive, motion-rich ad units using Celtra, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Produce standards-compliant interactive ads using rich media authoring tools
Apply user-centered thinking to make animations intuitive and engaging (not product UI design)

Stay up-to-date with animation trends, interactive technologies, and emerging ad formats
Portfolio Requirement — Mandatory: applicants must submit a portfolio that includes: Motion graphics or animation samples, Any interactive/rich media work (if available), Digital design pieces showing creativity and execution
Applications without animation or motion samples will not be considered

Preferred

Experience with motion graphics is highly preferred
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields (preferred)
Familiarity with mobile advertising or digital media is a plus
Skills in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Celtra are a strong plus
