Inside Lighting is focused on providing customer excellence for lighting projects awarded by Electrical Distributors. The Inside Sales/Project Manager will manage lighting projects from award through product shipment, ensuring timely delivery and addressing customer needs throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Review and manage Lighting projects from award through product shipment

Assist the Electrical Distributor and Contractor to deliver the products as approved and on time to the project owner

Work closely with the inside quotations group, customer service group and factories as needed to address any product needs and/or customer concerns

Review project documentation including Construction Documents, Specifications and Factory Shop Drawings

Confirm Shop drawing information for accuracy for run length and emergency wiring information

Manage project submittals and correspondence

Respond to comments which may include updating or confirming selections/options on the quote and/or order

Review/compare part numbers on Orders and Submittals for accuracy and compliance with approval comments

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to all customer issues or problems in a timely and effective manner

Communicate with Inside Sales teams (Quotes and Customer Service) and Outside Sales team (Distributor Sales and Specification Sales) as needed to ensure project concerns and shipment needs are addressed as needed

Perform other duties as required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Experience in the Electrical Distribution industry

Experience with Office applications such as Excel, One Note, and PDF Editors (Adobe, Blue Beam, FoxIT etc)

Possess Organizational Skills

Experience in Customer Service related to Lighting Sales
