Recording and maintaining all financial transactions, such as animal and supply procurement, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Analysis of financial data including both budget and expenditure data
Reviewing and documenting processes, procedures and systems
Extracting, organizing, and under supervision, analyzing financial data from various databases
Creating routine reports
Assisting with special reports and analyses
Meeting with a variety of on-campus administrators to determine the cause of variances and explore possible solutions
Supporting the daily administrative activities of the business office
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
2 years
Business management experience to include accounting/finance related experience
Driver's License
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Excel
Possess outstanding communication skills and interpersonal skills
Must present a positive and professional image
Has exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to resolve conflicts
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced working environment
Flexibility and adaptability to last-minute projects or changes in job duty or project scope

Proficient user of finance software
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
Familiarity with office management procedures
