Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating, cooling, and electrical failures on refurbished equipment
Read schematics and technical manuals to support repairs
Perform testing using electrical instrumentation provided by the department
Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment
Complete documentation and record keeping for repairs and inspections
Follow safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices
Maintain workstation cleanliness and adhere to 5S standards
Participate in team huddles to support performance objectives
Qualification
Required
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a sense of urgency
Safely operate manual, electric, battery, and pneumatic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, amp meter, etc.)
Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for prolonged periods
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic math skills (multiplication, division)
Must pass a drug test and background check
Preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
