Responsibilities

Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows

Provide first-level support to end-users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and escalating complex problems as needed

Help maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and data imports/exports

Support the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards to meet business needs

Participate in user training and documentation efforts to promote platform adoption

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions

Assist in testing and deployment of new features, updates, and integrations

Stay current with Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform updates

Required

Candidates MUST reside in Florida or be willing to relocate

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

1–2 years of experience working with Salesforce or in a CRM support role

Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is a plus or willingness to obtain within 6 months

Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture, including objects, fields, workflows, and permissions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience

Familiarity with tools like Data Loader, Salesforce Reports, and Flows

Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies

Interest in pursuing a career in Salesforce administration or development
