Responsibilities

Bring in new business through inbound leads and self-generated prospecting

Build relationships and set client meetings

Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through bind

Work with in-office underwriters to develop quotes and proposals

Present coverage options and close deals

Following up on 'warm lead's (approx 100 per month)

Maintain client relationships with light post-bind follow-up

Track pipeline and activity in AMS 360, Outlook, and Teams

Work remotely and in the field, with periodic meetings in San Dimas
