Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and governance of short-term incentive plans, performance and recognition plans
Ensure alignment of incentive plans, performance philosophy and recognition with business goals, HR strategy, and total rewards philosophy
Oversee end-to-end execution of the short-term incentives, annual performance cycle and recognition plans, partnering with local HR teams and HR Services for effective administration
Drive continuous improvement of the design and administration of the incentive plans. Benchmark and evolve incentive programs to reflect market best practices, changing workforce expectations and performance philosophies. Investigate opportunities for automation and simplification
Provide expert consultation and guidance to HR and business leaders on matters related to the responsibility area
Own and lead base pay -related communications, training, and employee engagement initiatives
Provide input to global performance and reward strategy
Act as the HRIS process owner for dedicated responsibility area

Required

Proven experience in designing and administering variable pay plans and in designing and implementing performance and recognition programs

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse geographies
Experience with survey data platforms
Ability to work independently and drive strategic initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment
Flexibility to support other P&R activities as needed
Adaptability, interest in innovation, and good collaboration skills
