Responsibilities
Work alongside 7 Physicians and 4 APCs and have an established panel of patients
Empower clinical leadership and decision-making in a Physician-led Organization
Provide compassionate care rooted in the organization's values as a not-for-profit organization
Manage patient volume of 18-20 patients per day
Utilize AI-integrated services to streamline documentation and enhance patient care
Access to ER, Radiology, & full-service Lab on the Hospital campus
Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with 1/2 day of admin time
Qualification
Required
BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
Ability to work in a Physician-led environment
Commitment to quality care and community well-being
Willingness to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Experience with patient volume of 18-20 patients per day
Familiarity with AI-integrated services and EMR systems, specifically Epic
