Sr. Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of 100+ clients
Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across telecom, cybersecurity, and physical security solutions
Partner with clients in industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, and automotive to understand their business needs
Serve as a consultative advisor — helping customers consolidate systems, improve connectivity, and integrate new technologies
Oversee the sales cycle for both one-time and recurring service work, including bundled product offerings
Collaborate with internal technical and project management teams to deliver on client expectations
Maintain strong product knowledge of our client's flagship M-Suite solutions, connectivity services, and managed offerings
Use data and customer insights to proactively identify growth opportunities

Required

5+ years of client success, account management, or inside sales experience in technology, telecom, or cybersecurity
Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue quotas and grow existing accounts
Strong technical acumen — comfortable discussing networking, security, and connectivity solutions
Experience managing complex purchasing processes and coordinating internal resources
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with C-suite and technical stakeholders
Organized, proactive, and self-motivated — thrives in a fast-paced, consultative environment

Preferred

Experience working with value-added resellers (VARs) or technology integrators is a plus
