Responsibilities
Developing and executing a full-funnel growth marketing strategy with qualified lead generation as a primary objective
Designing and launching marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and demand among district-level decision-makers
Creating messaging frameworks and content recommendations tailored to the K-12 education market
Defining, monitoring, and reporting on top-of-funnel performance metrics, including lead volume, quality, and conversion
Collaborating with sales stakeholders to align on ideal customer profiles (ICP), pipeline health, and growth priorities
Providing strategic guidance on brand positioning, thought leadership, and storytelling
Establishing and tracking KPIs related to CAC, funnel performance, and campaign ROI
Coordinating, as needed, with internal contributors or external vendors supporting marketing initiatives
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience marketing to U.S. school districts, with a strong understanding of K-12 purchasing and decision-making processes
Proven track record designing and optimizing lead generation programs, ideally within education or mission-driven organizations
Strong expertise across digital marketing channels, campaign experimentation, content strategy, and marketing automation
Familiarity with cyclical buying patterns, budget timing, and funding mechanisms in K-12 education
Ability to work independently, define priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and product stakeholders
