Responsibilities

Lead weekly team calls to support core KPIs
Point of contact to inform Business Partner of stock unavailability and recovery timelines
Discuss issues and constraints with Customer Service, Business Operations Organization
Manage crisis – Product availability, Quality issues, microbiological issues, etc
Feedback to Market Collaboration Planners on risks & opportunities
Collaborate with Supply Planner on service and inventory trade-offs for short term horizon using scenario Planning
Collaborate with DRP for service improvement in short term horizon
Participate in Plan meetings on Demand-Supply Review
Monitor & action waste prevention – Finished Goods, Packing and Raw
Be the point of contact with innovations and strategic planning (includes C4G activities)

Qualification

Supply PlanningCustomer ServiceInventory PlanningDistribution PlanningOperations/Supply ChainMS ExcelPowerPointPower BISAP SystemCreative Mindset

Required

2-3 years of relevant experience in Supply Planning, Customer Service, Inventory Planning or Distribution Planning
Bachelor's degree in Operations / Supply Chain or equivalent experience
Creative mindset with the ability to look at a problem with a number of different perspectives and ideas for a solution
Proficiency using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI

Preferred

SAP System knowledge is preferred
