Responsibilities

Prepare and submit lead-based paint exemption applications to HPD/DOHMH

Review XRF reports, clearance documentation, and remediation records

Track submission status, approvals, and agency feedback

Ensure filings comply with NYC Local Law Local Law 31, and Local Law 55

Maintain organized records and provide weekly progress updates
