Own net-new Healthcare RCM revenue

Win new enterprise logos

Build a repeatable growth engine

Own all net-new Healthcare RCM bookings

Close $1M–$10M+ multi-year enterprise contracts

Build and convert a high-quality enterprise pipeline

Deliver consistent, quarter-over-quarter growth

Sell CP360’s performance-based RCM model

Position CP360 as a growth partner, not a vendor

Lead with ROI, cash acceleration, and revenue integrity

Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (90–180+ days)

Engage CFOs, COOs, VPs Revenue Cycle, and Health Plan Ops leaders

Structure outcome-based contracts and success metrics

Personally close lighthouse enterprise accounts

Define ICPs, qualification standards, and deal economics

Create a repeatable healthcare GTM playbook

Hire and mentor future healthcare hunters

Partner with Delivery to ensure scalability and margin discipline
