Responsibilities
Recording, gathering, and analyzing information from multiple sources to ensure data quality for reporting and accountability
Using systems including PRISM, FPDS-NG, OPTIC, and ECFS to support data needs
Developing and maintaining complex MS Excel spreadsheets and tracking tools to monitor productivity and meet contractual deadlines
Generating leadership reports, high-impact charts, and performance dashboards to improve portfolio oversight
Managing enterprise mail groups and granting/removing access to channels in programs such as Microsoft Teams
Qualification
Required
Experience in recording, gathering, and analyzing information from multiple sources to ensure data quality for reporting and accountability
