Regional Sales Manager, Electronics
Ashley Global Retail is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for their Electronics category. The role involves driving sales performance, developing strategies, and leading store teams to enhance Electronics sales in retail environments.

Responsibilities
Drive Electronics category sales performance across assigned corporate retail territories
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to maximize Electronics penetration in brick-and-mortar stores
Lead, coach, and develop store teams to integrate Electronics selling into the customer journey
Monitor and analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Establish and maintain sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for the region
Ensure consistent execution of Electronics selling techniques across all locations
Train store teams to naturally incorporate Electronics into customer conversations throughout the sales journey
Develop and implement best practices for Electronics product presentation
Conduct regular store visits to provide hands-on coaching and support
Ensure compliance with Electronics program standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Maintain product accuracy and consistency across all regional locations
Collaborate with merchandising and operations teams to optimize Electronics category performance
Partner with vendors to maximize training and sales opportunities
Identify market-specific opportunities and challenges within assigned territories
Provide feedback and insights to leadership on market conditions, customer preferences, and competitive activities
Support new store openings and Electronics category expansions
Maintain reliable attendance
Actively participate in departmental meetings, training and education. Assist with training other employees and providing backup
Complete other assignments and special projects as requested
Qualification
Required
Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in consumer electronics or home furnishing
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Work independently as well as in a team environment
Document management system
Analytical and problem solving skills
Maintain confidentiality
Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement
Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet
Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment
Work professionally with customers and co-workers to efficiently serve our customers, treating both with enthusiasm and respect
Display empathy, understanding and patience with employees and external customers
Respond professionally in situations with difficult employee/vendor/customer issues or inquiries
Preferred
Muti Unit Management experience
Consumer Electronics or Home Furnishings experience
