Responsibilities

Support store operations by receiving and organizing merchandise

Pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage

Deliver orders curbside to customers

Monitor alerts to ensure timely completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders

Maintain inventory accuracy and a smooth customer experience

Greet shoppers warmly and resolve issues during customer interactions

Organize the stockroom and sales floor to ensure efficient operations

Recover the floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and restock merchandise

Complete orders and set the team up for the next day’s success

Required

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors

This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands

Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 30lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level

Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment

Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
