Responsibilities
Create a welcoming environment by engaging with our customers through friendly and geniuine service to meet their needs
Ask open-ended questions and use your product knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations as you actively sell
Ensure a vibrant store by supporting store visual merchandising & replenishment standards, showing a commitment to maintaining a neat, tidy, shoppable and inviting presentation
Leverage key campaigns and services, such as new item launches, promotions, membership, ship-to-home, etc
Leverage training and communication tools (e.g., Cognition, Paper reSource, InsidePS, etc.) to educate yourself continuously on our products and services, supporting the store with this knowledge to give customers a great experience when they visit and shop
Protect company assets by adhering to all inventory and loss prevention standards, properly completing any inventories and initiatives
Work on the selling floor, which requires physical activity (i.e., prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, climbing)
Qualification
Required
Provide excellent customer service which is friendly, genuine and professional
