Develop and implement capability roadmaps, leveraging financial expertise and cross-functional collaboration
Evaluate and propose targeted solutions that align with architectural standards and business strategies
Provide leadership in tactical and strategic planning for the ALIP capability
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to prioritize and implement new architectures
Maintain comprehensive documentation and models to support technical architecture
Lead and mentor architects to ensure successful project execution and continuous improvement
Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to foster effective collaboration
Contribute to the integration of cloud technology and AI solutions for enhanced operational efficiency

Qualification

ALIP expertisePolicy administration platformsFinancial domain experienceLeadership skillsSQL knowledge

Required

Over 11 years of experience in insurance or financial domains, with expertise in ALIP or similar systems
Strong understanding of policy administrative platforms like ALIP, Guidewire, and others
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
Proven ability to lead teams and projects with a focus on strategic planning and execution

Preferred

8-10 years of supervisory experience
Advanced degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar
Knowledge of SQL and other technical proficiencies
