The role involves designing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, managing integrations, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance billing workflows.

Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform
Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools
Perform data loads, data migrations, and ongoing data integration activities ensuring accuracy and integrity
Support and enhance Salesforce-based billing processes, including invoicing, pricing, and revenue-related workflows
Troubleshoot integration, data, and billing-related issues and provide timely resolutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and Salesforce configuration
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (mandatory)
Proven experience in system integrations and data exchange (mandatory)
Solid experience with data loading, data migration, and data integration (mandatory)
Strong experience in billing processes and related Salesforce modules (mandatory)
Experience with Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, APIs, and integration frameworks
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Developer)
Experience with Salesforce billing-related products such as Salesforce CPQ or Billing
