Responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of organizational quality programs
Oversee the methodology, validation, and reporting structure for quality performance indicators
Monitor organizational, regional, and facility-specific quality trends to identify emerging risks
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Direct quality reviews to ensure documentation accuracy and timely completion of assessments
Partner with operational and clinical leaders to develop corrective action plans and sustained improvement strategies
Provide leadership and mentorship to Quality Program Specialists and related team members
Develop training materials and educational resources supporting organizational quality initiatives
Communicate program expectations, updates, and outcomes to leadership teams
Participate in strategic decision-making and organizational planning related to quality performance
Qualification
Required
Registered Nurse
Active RN license
Extensive experience in clinical quality, long-term care operations, or regulatory compliance
Demonstrated success leading teams and quality improvement initiatives
Preferred
Master's degree
Quality-related certifications (e.g., RAC-CTA)
