Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable — verify, code, and process vendor invoices; reconcile statements; ensure timely payments
Handle accounts receivable — create and send invoices, track payments, follow up on outstanding balances
Process commission payments accurately and on schedule; maintain commission tracking reports
Support expense tracking as needed
Work closely with management and/or external accountants to provide required documentation and reports
Process biweekly payroll , ensuring accuracy in hours, deductions, and benefits
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire, termination, and payroll changes
Administer employee benefits (health insurance, 401(k), PTO tracking, etc.)
Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws and company policies
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies
Maintain accurate data entry for accounting, HR, job costing and operational systems
Prepare internal reports and summaries as requested by management
Support management with general administrative duties and process improvements
Uphold confidentiality and data security across all financial and personnel records
