Responsibilities

Represent clients in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims
Manage cases from intake through hearings, appeals, and beyond
Conduct client interviews and prepare them for hearings
Draft motions, briefs, and other related legal documents
Appear before Administrative Law Judges and federal courts as needed
Collaborate with staff to provide efficient, client-centered representation

Qualification

J.D. from accredited law schoolLicensed with state barSocial Security Disability experienceWritten advocacy skillsOral advocacy skillsEmpathyPatienceTrust-building skills

Required

J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing with the state bar (specify state(s) here)
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with clients facing difficult circumstances

Preferred

Prior experience with Social Security Disability cases strongly preferred
