Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 QA professionals, ensuring productivity and quality
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to achieve project goals
Manage offshore/onshore delivery models, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery
Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for POS and payment solutions
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Hands-on experience with POS systems and payment solutions
Manage lab/test environments, ensuring proper setup and maintenance
Work on API automation to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
Ensure adherence to QA processes and standards
Track and manage defects throughout their lifecycle
Provide comprehensive test reports and status updates to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading teams of 10–15 members in QA/testing projects
Strong background in POS systems and payment solutions
Experience managing offshore/onshore delivery models
Hands-on experience in API automation
Expertise in lab/test environment management
Excellent customer communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
