Responsibilities
Leads full lifecycle delivery of complex DERMS and EMS projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations are consistently met
Drives coordinated execution across engineering, integration, data, forecasting, testing, cybersecurity, and operations teams for reliable OT system deployments
Acts as the primary customer interface, managing communications, requirement alignment, escalations, issue resolution, and delivery governance across both DERMS and EMS programs
Ensures strict adherence to IT/OT security standards, interoperability requirements, utility compliance, and end-to-end quality benchmarks including FAT/SAT and production readiness
Maintains risk registers, drives mitigation strategies, and leads continuous improvement in delivery processes, best practices, team capability, and operational excellence

End‑to‑End OT Project Delivery: Leads full lifecycle delivery of complex DERMS and EMS projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations are consistently met
Cross‑Functional Engineering Leadership: Drives coordinated execution across engineering, integration, data, forecasting, testing, cybersecurity, and operations teams for reliable OT system deployments
Customer & Stakeholder Governance: Acts as the primary customer interface, managing communications, requirement alignment, escalations, issue resolution, and delivery governance across both DERMS and EMS programs
Quality, Cybersecurity & Regulatory Compliance: Ensures strict adherence to IT/OT security standards, interoperability requirements, utility compliance, and end‑to‑end quality benchmarks including FAT/SAT and production readiness
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Maintains risk registers, drives mitigation strategies, and leads continuous improvement in delivery processes, best practices, team capability, and operational excellence
As a Delivery Manager experienced in both EMS Reliance Services and GridOS DERMS Services, I lead the planning, coordination, and end‑to‑end delivery of mission‑critical utility OT projects with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction
I manage cross‑functional engineering, integration, testing, forecasting, cybersecurity, and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of EMS real‑time control systems and DERMS distributed energy management deployments
My responsibilities include overseeing high‑availability system operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity standards, maintaining clear and proactive communication with customers and stakeholders, and driving smooth integration of EMS and DERMS solutions across utility environments
