Golden Entertainment, Inc. is looking for a Status Board Operator at Arizona Charlie’s Boulder in Las Vegas, NV. The role involves scheduling Guest Room Attendants, maintaining accurate records of room statuses, and handling incoming housekeeping calls with excellent phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

Schedule Guest Room Attendants to appropriate rooms for cleaning

Dispatch service calls to proper department or area

Maintain a daily log of all serviced calls and the status of any outstanding calls

Receive and log lost and found items on a daily basis

Issue and receive keys, radios equipment and worksheets to Housekeeping staff

Greet and direct visitors, co-workers, job applicants and others in a positive, friendly and up-beat manner

Operate a multi-line phone system, hand-held radios and desktop radios

Assemble, file and/or retrieve departmental records as needed

Performs other duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience successfully using a computer, including Microsoft Office and office equipment

Previous experience using LMS
