Superlanet is seeking an Epic Willow Ambulatory Pharmacist to support a large Northeast healthcare client. This role will focus primarily on project-based Epic Willow work, with secondary responsibility serving as backup for incidents and operational requests.

Responsibilities

Support and optimize Epic Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inventory, and Specialty Pharmacy (Compass Rose)
Support Epic Home Infusion following Willow Ambulatory go-live
Contribute to QTc Prolongation OPA initiatives
Complete Anti-Xa and PTT calculator updates (in progress)
Support Epic Dispense Prep conversion from DoseEdge (in progress)
Participate in Infusion Pump Integration efforts (BD Alaris Pumps)
Support the opening of a new Retail Pharmacy location
Assist with Meds-to-Beds initiatives
Support eRx to NDC charge workflows
Serve as backup for Epic Willow incidents and service requests
Provide go-live and post-implementation stabilization support
Troubleshoot complex Epic Willow issues across ambulatory and inpatient workflows
Partner with clinicians, pharmacy leadership, and IT teams to optimize system performance and usability

Required

Epic Willow Inpatient Certification (required)
Minimum 5 years of Epic Willow experience, including build, configuration, testing, and support
Strong understanding of Pharmacy and medication workflows
Strong understanding of Medication build and order sets
Strong understanding of Integration with clinical applications
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, IT, and operational stakeholders

Preferred

Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification (preferred)
Epic Willow Inventory experience
Specialty Pharmacy workflows (Compass Rose)
Large-scale Epic implementations or optimizations
Go-live and post-go-live support experience
