Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using computer systems

Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved

Research billing issues

Research on misapplied payments

Transfer customer calls to the appropriate staff

Complete call logs and reports

Sell services and place customer orders on the computer system

Recognize documents and alert supervisors to trends in customer calls

Recommend process improvements

Provide training for newer customer service employees

Maintain reasonable, regular, punctual attendance in line with company policies

Adapt to changing duties as required based on business needs
