Responsibilities

Answer inbound client calls to assist and resolve any concerns, using high-performing customer service skills while meeting and maintaining expected KPI's

Case (ticket) management and processing to resolve client concerns

Perform incoming online chats to assist and resolve client concerns

Provide detailed communication and documentation of interactions with clients and employees within Renters Warehouse's CRM

Enforce all lease terms and issue lease violations as needed

Enforce utility bill payment requirements as outlined in the lease

Assist with HOA Rules and Regulations compliance

Work in collaboration with all company departments and employees to maintain an excellent customer experience
