Responsibilities

Organizes and coordinates a variety of relationship development/community outreach/educational programs and activities for the credit union

Fulfills back-office coordinating and tracking of events, requests and tasks through multiple software programs

Participate in community events

Promotes goodwill and conveys a positive image of the Credit Union

Assumes responsibility for maintaining effective working relations, communication, and coordination with Credit Union personnel and with management

Completes required reports and records accurately and promptly

Attends meetings as required

Assist with general duties and tasks related to relationship development

Required

Must have strong communication and writing skills

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to schedule and coordinate multiple areas congruently

Able to prioritize tasks and time effectively and efficiently

Must be a self-starter, motivated and able to work early mornings, evening and weekends as required

Must be PC literate, able to create PowerPoint presentations, use excel spreadsheets

Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design application

Always maintain a positive and professional attitude as a representative of Cyprus Credit Union

Ability to successfully operate within a team environment

Must have reliable transportation access and be able to travel between branches and events daily

Highschool diploma or GED

Previous customer service and back-office support experience

Strong interpersonal skills

Well organized

Problem solving abilities

Able to use computer tracking systems

Preferred

Credit Union or Banking background is preferred
