Responsibilities

Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional team members
Troubleshoot and debug applications
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
Learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies as needed
Support integration of AI-driven features or workflows (if applicable)
Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization
Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job

Required

Practical experience with C#, JavaScript, or SQL (at least one)
Basic understanding of software development principles
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Passion for learning new technologies and improving technical skills
Familiarity with AI technologies, such as: AI/ML concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI), Data processing or model integration
Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git)

Coursework, personal projects, or internships related to software development or AI
