They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Van Builder / Assembly / Aftermarket Component Installer and RV Technician to build and assemble custom vans, ensuring high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
Build and assemble key components for custom vans with precision and craftsmanship
Install accessories and essential features while maintaining high standards of quality
Operate power tools (drills, grinders, saws) to drill, grind, cut, and fasten materials
Follow build procedures, blueprints, and safety guidelines meticulously
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure compliance with safety standards
Meet production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in RV, marine, or 12V electrical systems, including knowledge of Victron and EcoFlo components
At this time, we will only consider candidates with relevant RV technician experience
Proficiency in power tools such as drills, saws, and grinders
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle hands-on tasks
Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, reliability, punctuality, and teamwork
Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new skills
