Responsibilities
Collects data and gathers information or documents
Performs standard computations or analysis
Performs basic design tasks
Prepares drawings and visual aids
Assists on other tasks such as: preparation of permit applications, drawings, and CAD work
Prepares portions of project documents
Edits specifications
Performs research and investigations
Observes construction activities
Performs basic survey work
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
EIT required
0-5 years+ of civil design experience, water resource related experience a plus
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment
Skill in reading, interpreting and communicating contract documents, plans and specifications
Knowledge of the application of engineering and construction materials related to water resource projects
Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
Must have a flexible work schedule, be willing to travel up to 20%
Must be able to work in a team environment
