This role is heavily front-end focused, with responsibilities including developing UI components and maintaining applications using JavaScript and Python in AWS.

Responsibilities
Develop and enhance front-end UI components for agent-facing applications
Build and maintain micro front-end applications using Vue.js
Support backend-for-frontend services using Python (AWS Lambda)
Collaborate with product and tech leads to implement defined workflows and requirements
Maintain and modernize guided agent workflows for fraud and dispute servicing
Troubleshoot application and production issues as needed
Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical discussions
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with JavaScript and modern front-end development
Hands-on experience with Vue.js (preferred)
Experience with AWS cloud services
Experience working in large-scale or enterprise applications
Python (used primarily in AWS Lambda for backend-for-frontend services)
Minimum 3+ years of professional development experience
Strong mastery of JavaScript and front-end concepts
Good communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Prior Client experience (highly preferred)
Experience with Angular or React (acceptable if strong JavaScript fundamentals)
Familiarity with micro front-end architecture
Experience supporting UI-driven rule engines or workflow systems
Exposure to enterprise DevOps tools (troubleshooting knowledge expected; minimal hands-on DevOps work)
