POS Field Service Technician
North Country is one of America's largest retail technology providers, and they are seeking a POS Field Service Technician to ensure the smooth operation of retail systems. This role involves troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining POS systems for various businesses in the Twin Cities, along with the opportunity to participate in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan after six months.

Responsibilities
Learn POS systems through our comprehensive training program
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues remotely and on-site
Install and deploy cutting-edge retail systems
Travel to Client sites (company vehicle provided)
Be the expert who gets businesses back up and running when systems go down
Lead installation projects from delivery through documentation
Maintain critical inventory systems
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Basic computer hardware/software troubleshooting experience
Self-motivated problem-solver
Willingness to learn through our POS training program
Preferred
Two-year technical degree
Network connectivity knowledge
