This role involves troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining POS systems for various businesses in the Twin Cities, along with the opportunity to participate in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan after six months.

Responsibilities

Learn POS systems through our comprehensive training program

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues remotely and on-site

Install and deploy cutting-edge retail systems

Travel to Client sites (company vehicle provided)

Be the expert who gets businesses back up and running when systems go down

Lead installation projects from delivery through documentation

Maintain critical inventory systems
