Responsibilities
Own assigned accounts, loads, or workflows and deliver on commitments
Follow defined processes, standards, and SLAs with consistency and accuracy
Use data, dashboards, and feedback to manage daily work and performance
Escalate risks, issues, or blockers proactively and appropriately
Serve as a reliable, responsive point of contact for assigned customers
Support daily operational needs including load execution, updates, and issue resolution
Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with customers and carriers
Ensure customers feel supported, informed, and confident in Sleek’s execution
Support customer usage of the Sleek Fleet platform in daily workflows
Assist with training, troubleshooting, and answering 'how-to' questions
Identify friction points or recurring issues and surface feedback to leadership
Encourage consistent, correct system usage to support data accuracy and reporting
Ensure high load entry accuracy (Perfect Order)
Monitor tenders, acceptances, and execution milestones
Respond quickly to issues and work toward timely, effective resolution
Follow best practices to maintain operational consistency and reliability
Support retention by delivering consistent, high-quality service
Help gather data and insights that demonstrate savings or market competitiveness
Identify patterns or opportunities that may improve customer experience or efficiency
Contribute to a positive customer experience that supports long-term relationships
Qualification
Required
Understand freight operations and daily execution workflows
Understands the importance of accuracy, responsiveness, and system usage
Enjoys supporting customers and being a dependable operator
Motivated by solving problems and contributing to team success
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, tech-enabled environment
Able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
