Manage HVAC and mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Oversee budgets, schedules, submittals, procurement, and field coordination
Collaborate closely with general contractors, vendors, and internal project teams
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Support estimating, scheduling, and manpower planning as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC or mechanical construction projects
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, piping, and sheet metal work
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and submittals
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Proficiency with project management and construction software
