Responsibilities
Build core platform features powering enterprise and AI-driven use cases
Translate complex business requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions
Work with massive datasets—handling millions of rows with a focus on performance and low latency
Own and evolve data architecture, ensuring best practices for reliability, efficiency, and scale
Contribute to foundational architectural decisions across data storage, processing, APIs, and backend systems
Anticipate and design solutions for future scaling needs in a rapidly growing environment
Qualification
Required
2–10 years of backend engineering experience with a strong focus on databases
Hands-on experience with high-volume, low-latency systems
Previous work in a fast-paced startup environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Proficiency in TypeScript
Deep expertise in SQL, Postgres, and OLAP databases
Knowledge of distributed systems
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
High agency—self-starters, founders, project builders, and doers
Strong customer empathy and intuition
Preferred
Experience with Next.js is a plus
