Responsibilities
Follow all safety rules and regulations
Install/replace/repair antenna system equipment
Distribute/pick-up/organize tools and materials
Install/modify/mount & platform
Identify/fix problems using test equipment
Work with a team
Perform tower structure inspection
Climbing and working on communications towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems equipment performs tower maintenance under close supervision
The basic use and care of hand tools and mechanical equipment
Distribute, pick up and organize tools and materials
Ability to read site plans and tower drawings
The hazards associated with tower climbing, construction equipment, and working on or near energized lines and equipment
Qualification
Required
You are physically able to climb to heights in excess of 300 feet daily
You can work in all weather conditions year-round
You have some construction and/or electrical experience
You enjoy working with your hands
You enjoy constant travel and willing to live life on the road 6-Week Travel rotations followed by a 7-10 day break
