Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and expert product advice
Guide customers through the selection process to find their perfect piece
Build lasting customer relationships, including with VIP clients
Stay up-to-date on new collections and product offerings
Ensure the store is organized and visually appealing at all times
Fulfillment (inventory management, data entry, order preparation, and quality checks)
Support daily store operations, including opening, closing, and cash management
Qualification
Required
Strong references for reliability, punctuality, sales skills (we do check references)
1+ years luxury retail sales experience with a proven record of meeting sales goals
Ability to reliably commute to our Bridgeport Village location (7279 SW Bridgeport Rd, Portland OR 97224)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and a high standard of professionalism
Preferred
Experience with retail management software and POS systems
Experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Shopify platform
