Responsibilities
Review and manage a broad range of tax returns (individual, partnership, corporate, trust)
Lead and mentor staff and senior tax professionals
Oversee engagement planning, workflow, and timely delivery of client work
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify tax planning strategies and support business development as needed
Participate in process improvements and firmwide initiatives
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in public accounting
Willingness to step in and take over a large book of business ($800k-$900k revenue)
Grow with the firm and become equity partner
Certifications: CPA/EA
Services: SMB, individual, corporations, partnerships, planning, trust, estates, partner with 3-4 financial groups
5+ years of experience
Note - Must be valid to work in the US without restrictions
Preferred
Certifications: CPA/EA not required but would help
